At M5 Junction 4A take left-hand lanes onto M42
After 3.5 miles exit at Jn2, A441 (services)
At roundabout take the 1st exit (signposted Birmingham)
For nearly 5 miles, continue to follow A441 towards Birmingham
taking 2nd exit at 4 roundabouts
At top of steep hill (Cotteridge) there is a small roundabout followed by a mini roundabout, bear right taking the 2nd exit at each of these to follow A441 towards Birmingham.
After 0.5 miles
Road bears left over a canal bridge
then bear right onto A4040 Fordhouse Lane
After 0.2 miles
Before road goes up hill, opposite garage,
just after Thrifty, turn left into Hazelwell Crescent
17 is the last house on the right before the bend
